		<description>When I've made presentations where the audience could participate, I've learned as much after the conversation as I've given out. I could tell audience members were getting the information, not just absorbing it. If I don't have the time to interact during a presentation, I've found it helpful to be available afterwards for the participants to ask me questions.</description>
