Immediately." I'm not a journalist, but I still manage to get pitched from all sides. It seems like many just don't get that they have to answer this question for their audience "What's in it for me?" Great interview and I love Joan's site... It's FULL of useful information for a service-based entrepreneur like myself. Susan, thanks for posting such a great resource! I hope your technology woes won't creep up again!
