To attract seminar and teleseminar participants who are not already in your database, try www.eventsetter.com and www.minorityprofessionalnetwork.com.

For event announcement *plus* registration and payment services with no monthly contract, try Eventbrite.com (www.eventbrite.com). The Web-based service has the ability to post multiple fees for the same event including early-bird or other tiered pricing based on dates. You can create promotional discount codes and you can easily track affiliate traffic. Event announcement pages can be customized and you can schedule recurring events with one entry (e.g., a teleseminar you offer on the first Monday of every month).

Fees are reasonable and are charged only if someone registers for your event or teleseminar. Attendee can pay with any major credit card or PayPal. Or you can set it up to register attendees and forward their information to you so you can process the financial transaction through your own merchant account if you prefer. This service was originally Mollyguard.com but has changed its name, improved its service and introduced many new features. They offer a free trial event so you can try the service.
